How to Apply
Applicants must submit the following:
- A completed Application for Admission form (below the line on this page)
- A recent passport type photo showing just the head and shoulders
- A short, typed, one or two-page testimony including family background and conversion experience, and reason you want to attend Ohio Diocese School of Biblical Theology
- A $25.00 onetime non-refundable application fee
Review
Once you have completed the Application for Admission, you will receive an acceptance letter/email.
Upon receiving your acceptance letter/email, you are then able to enroll in the various courses that we offer and are open to purchase correspondence courses at your discretion.

Eligibility
Ohio Diocese School of Biblical Theology accepts students without regard to race, color, gender or national origin provided all other entrance requirements are met. All applicants must have had a definite born-again experience and display a life dedicated to Christ in order to fully understand and benefit from the courses.
Applicants are not required to be high school graduates to be admitted but should have sufficient maturity to understand course materials and prepare homework assignments. Prospective students who have questions in this area should consult with the school director.

If you prefer to fill out this form in person once you arrive, you may do so. At the end of this form, you will be required to attach a file that includes a short (1-2 pages) biography including family background, circumstances of conversion, and reasons for desiring to attend White Horse School of Ministries.
